The St. Clare Apartment complex provides a safe and quiet home for 24 low income families. Located around the corner from our main building, the St. Clare offers a secure environment where low income families can get on their feet again. Mothers care for one another’s children as they play together in the enclosed playground. Qualifying families pay below-market rents, giving them an opportunity to live in decent housing while establishing a good credit history. Once a family achieves financial stability, the St. Francis center helps them relocate and make room for a new family.
