Serving 160 Redwood City Youth

The new school year is off to a fantastic start at the Siena Youth Center! We have returned from our summer break and are eager to engage with our community. Currently, we serve 160 youth in grades 1 through 8, supported by 16 dedicated high school volunteers.

We were excited to host our first community event on September 19: the Youth Art and Wellness Fair, in collaboration with Redwood City Together as part of Welcoming Week 2025.

Welcoming Week is a national initiative by Welcoming America that promotes inclusive, safe, and equitable communities for immigrants and refugees. It invites all community members to come together, celebrate, and strengthen connections across the city.

At the Youth Art and Wellness Fair, youth and their families had the opportunity to participate in a variety of fun and engaging activities designed to promote art, wellness, and community connection.
